Resort at Del Sur not in immediate future

Del Sur residents and other interested parties may have recently received a letter from the city of San Diego letting them know an application has been filed for a 300-room resort. Although the design for the master-planned community has included language of a resort since it was created, the application does not mean that a resort is imminent.

Poway residents have been balking since a Poway City Council discussion in early January about changing a South Poway Business Park parcel from open space status to an industrial park designation.
