McNamara buys two Poway office buildings

Two office buildings were recently purchased for a combined total of $1.352 million, one at 13205 Carriage Road and the other at 12751 Poway Road, by Poway businessman Kevin McNamara.

The total space adds up to 10,412 square feet for both buildings, McNamara said.

Representing the seller was David Santistevan of Colliers International, while Byron B. Webb, Inc. represented the buyer.

McNamara also owns the Old Poway Village Shopping Center, 14005-14057 Midland Road; the Poway Valley Center, 13314-13382 Poway Road; a strip mall with shared parking next to Walmart on Community Road, as well as shopping centers in other California communities.

He and his wife, Debi, own and operate ER Property Management, which serves as property management for their local tenants.

The McNamaras created www.shopsmallstorespoway.com as a way to help promote their tenants’ businesses and that of others during the struggling economy.
