Maria Peña-Morales is the team leader and specializes in marketing and selling your home. As a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS), she has obtained these specialized designations in order to stay on the cutting edge of today’s real estate market.

Cindy Ellison has over 14 years experience working with investors as well as luxury home buyers.
“I take pride in personally getting involved with each and every one of my buyers and sellers,” Ellison said, “and I am pleased as they are when the transaction closes.”
Christine Fulton has helped people buy and sell homes throughout San Diego County, and has a passion for helping people become homeowners. Her integrity and caring has made her the go-to Realtor for her clients, family and friends.

Karen Pritchard’s love of people and extensive administrative experience create a caring and organized environment for Team Q clients.
“It brings me great joy to help people reach their goals,” said Pritchard.
Helen Conway brings over 10 years of banking and investment experience which is vital as the team’s short sale coordinator. Conway assists the team in this complex process and has a tremendous drive and determination to get the job done.
Conway says, “I enjoy working on behalf of our clients to successfully complete their short sales.”
Team Q contributes a portion of every commission to the Children’s Miracle Network which benefits the local Rady Children’s Hospital. They also organize all RE/MAX offices in San Diego County in their annual participation in the Komen Race for the Cure, raising thousands of dollars each year.
