By "passing with flying colors" did you mean the ability to drag this community into debt so deep our grandkids won't see the light of day? Had you and Amy come to a consensus you could have presented a rational plan to the PUSD School Board in 2008, instead of the loan shark from Orange County. The future tax payers, who are now grade school-rs, may not feel they were raped when it comes time to pay the bill. I'll just bet your guy, Jeff Mangum, would have gleefully accepted a better idea.
