Karin Corlett values service to clients
The triumph of quality over quantity is evident in the work of Karin Corlett, now in her 25th year of selling real estate.
Corlett, who spent three years in commercial property management before becoming a full-time Realtor in July 1987, has been affiliated with RE/MAX of Rancho Bernardo since July 1996.
“I don’t measure my success by the number of clients I serve, but rather the individual relationships that I build,” she said. “My clients are very loyal and much of my success is through their referrals.”
The San Diego native, who grew up in Coronado, has lived in Rancho Bernardo since 1980. She is familiar with all of San Diego. Corlett sells homes located throughout San Diego County, and specializes in inland North County, including the areas of Rancho Bernardo, Poway, Rancho Penasquitos and Scripps Ranch.
“My marketing plans are extensive with proven results,” she said. “Clients listen to me and take my advice. They are confident in my abilities to guide them either as a seller or buyer. I am with them every step of the way to ensure a smooth and positive experience.”
“Karin is great with clients,” said Nick Spirtos, RE/MAX of Rancho Bernardo sales manager. “They love her and write me with her praises. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and experienced, but she’s also tireless and in constant communication with everyone in the transaction, which is why she has won so many awards during her real estate career.”
Corlett is one of thousands of RE/MAX sales agents who donate a portion of their commissions from each transaction to the Children’s Miracle Network.
Corlett and her son Taylor, who also lives in Rancho Bernardo, are strong supporters of the Susan G. Komen 3-Day 60-Mile Race for the Cure for Breast Cancer. Taylor has gallantly displayed his dedication to this cause by participating in the race for the past several years.
