Sandy Lu enjoys helping clients
After years of being a Realtor, Sandy Lu is as enthusiastic as ever. A Realtor with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Rancho Bernardo, Lu has been taking advantage of every opportunity to hone her expertise.
“I have gained a tremendous amount of knowledge from my colleagues and have learned a lot from the many economic events that have recently affected the real estate industry,” Lu said.
She is also grateful for all the business and support she has had these past few years.
“Having the chance to help others satisfy their dreams of owning their own home has been a blessing,” Lu said. “There is nothing that compares to the feeling of handing over the keys to a new homeowner. It’s exciting and fulfilling, and being able to be a part of that special moment for the homeowner is truly rewarding.”
Lu considers it a blessing to call San Diego her home.
She is seeing the housing market, especially in San Diego, starting to slowly turn around, which is great news.
“There are so many reasons why people choose to relocate to San Diego,” Lu said. “Who doesn’t want to have amazing weather, a wide variety of activities for all ages, and diverse job opportunities?”
San Diego is such a well-rounded county and it provides an outstanding living environment for everyone, Lu says. Regardless of the economic roller coaster, San Diego’s population is still continuing to grow at a steady rate, which means that more properties will need to be produced and occupied.
Lu advises those who are still thinking about owning a home in San Diego or purchasing a property for future investments, to not miss the opportunity to take advantage of the ever-so-low interest rates, which has never happened in the past 50 years.
“Fulfill your dreams by becoming a homeowner in San Diego, I promise that you won’t be disappointed,” Lu said.
