My $20 and your $1000( my, you're generous) has an infinitesimal effect on the billions of dollars now being spent on federal elections. The Supreme Court has ruled. Now what has to happen to make a change is for the Congress or the States to ask for and get a Constitutional Amendment. When do you think that will happen? Do you think it will be a Democrat , Republican or none of the above to get the ball rolling? Just like Dick Lyles, you have a very good academic argument.
