		<description>This problem has been going on the last 15 years.  Law enforcement needs to hit the yards that buy the copper from the thieves and nail them for receiving stolen property. 
We&#039;ve had tens of thousands of dollars of copper stolen from various projects  we&#039;re involved in and the police don&#039;t do a thing.  I even went to one of the yards and bought back our own copper and the police were still  useless. </description>
