Toni Currier offers clients service to rely on
In the last 24 years Toni Currier has helped hundreds of San Diegans buy and sell real estate. And while she feels she has learned a great deal in that time and that those lessons have made her more effective in helping her clients reach their real estate goals, she also believes her clients have taught her some valuable lessons.
“I’ve learned patience and perseverance from my sellers who have had to sell their homes when the market has been at the bottom,” Toni said. “I’ve become more tenacious and determined when working with buyers who needed to buy property in the hot markets when properties were consistently selling with multiple offers. And I’ve become very grateful for the opportunity to represent and be of assistance to all my clients.”
A commitment to modifying her practice to fit the needs of her individual clients has been a cornerstone of her business.
“A young professional couple may prefer to do much of their own research,” Toni said. “The family coming to buy a home from out-of-state might have the school district as their primary focus. Senior citizens will have their own set of concerns.”
To accommodate her senior clients, Toni recently obtained her SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation.
Toni was acknowledged in her very first year in real estate for the greatest number of real estate transactions in her office, and the accolades haven’t stopped. She has been in the top 2 percent of Realtors in the country based on the volume of her business, and is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. She has been interviewed on radio programs several times, and for the fourth year in a row has received San Diego Magazines 5-Star Real Estate Agent “Best in Client Satisfaction.” This special award from San Diego Magazine rated agents in multiple areas including integrity, marketing, communication, negotiation and overall satisfaction.
The real estate market seems to be on the mend in the San Diego Inland area, which is wonderful news for everyone. Buyers understand that market values are beginning to rise and are anxious to take advantage of the amazing interest rates, and sellers appreciate that the low market inventory is a major factor in getting their properties sold fast.
