Victims ID’d in Penasquitos motorcycle-pedestrian crash
SAN DIEGO (CNS) – Authorities released the names Tuesday of two Rancho Penasquitos residents killed when a motorcycle ridden by one of the men hit the other as he walked his dog across a street in their neighborhood.
Jesse Arnold, a 26-year-old Army soldier, was riding a 2011 Ducati that struck Shawn Arballo, 29, at high speed in a crosswalk at Carmel Mountain Road and Sundance Avenue shortly before 9:30 p.m. Monday, according to San Diego police and the county Medical Examiner’s Office.
Both men died at the scene, SDPD Officer David Stafford said. Arballo’s dog was uninjured.

Lets pray the military officials realize they need
To help our young men who return from war.
There need for adrenalin -after being exposed
To the angers of war is what has caused this
Tragedy.
