Prep Football: Del Norte High gets back on track with 25-20 win over Orange Glen
The Del Norte High football team rebounded from last week’s 41-17 loss to San Marcos with a 25-20 victory over visiting Orange Glen Friday night in Valley League play.
The Nighthawks (4-6, 1-2 Valley League) held off an Orange Glen drive in the final minute to claim their first league win of the season. Mark Gallant had 158 yards and a TD on the ground to lead Del Norte.
The Nighthawks will travel to Mt. Carmel next week for the regular-season finale.
