During our 30+ years in Poway, we've interacted with a number of deputies. Without a doubt Deputy Tally is the best. He is professional, congenial and effective. He clearly sets the standard for others to follow. We're lucky to have benefitted from his service.
The city benefits greatly from its contractual relationship with the sheriff and it should be continued.

I can tell you don't know much either. The average is more like 4 years. Nice try though Mr. armchair qb. Next time do your homework. While you sit back and blast others, at least Mr. Vineyard is out there trying to make a difference.
