Prep Girls Tennis: Cornwall leads Poway High to first win over Rancho Bernardo since 2010

Freshman sensation Frances Cornwall swept her three matches to lead the Poway High girls tennis team to a 10-8 victory over rival Rancho Bernardo Thursday afternoon in a Palomar League match.

It was the first victory for the Titans over the Broncos since Oct. 4, 2010. Poway’s Giulianna Crivello and Charity Monroe won two of three doubles matches, as did Arianna Soriano and Madison Culp.
