Poinsettias for PoVa
Support the PoVa Therapeutic Riding Center by buying poinsettias for $15 each at Countryside Barn, 14051 Midland, in Old Poway Village. All of the purchase price goes to PoVa, which provides therapeutic horseback riding to children and adults with special needs. A gift tree for PoVa is also located in Countryside Barn. Head Start is accepting applications for its federally funded free preschool program. The program offers nutritious meals, educational activities and kindergarten readiness skills.
