The Poway News Chieftain and Rancho Bernardo News Journal are distributed FREE of charge on Thursdays to more than 90 percent of single-family homes and multi-dwelling units in Poway, Rancho Bernardo and areas of Scripps Ranch and 4S Ranch. The newspapers are also available at news racks. Paid subscriptions are available to those who prefer mail delivery or who live outside of the circulation area.
