Authorities released the name today of a 22-year-old San Diego man killed in a possible DUI collision in Rancho Penasquitos while on his way to a family funeral.

A head-on collision possibly caused by an intoxicated driver killed one young man Thursday and seriously injured another on state Route 56 in Rancho Penasquitos, the California Highway Patrol reported.
