The former San Diego National Bank building in Rancho Bernardo has been purchased by Boardwalk Development, Inc. in partnership with James Nierman.
The 14,000 square foot, two-story, building at 16789 Bernardo Center Drive is a former Home Federal Savings branch featuring a brick facade, wood shutters and a balcony. San Diego National Bank purchased the building September 1999 for $2,400,000.
Two office buildings were recently purchased for a combined total of $1.352 million, one at 13205 Carriage Road and the other at 12751 Poway Road, by Poway businessman Kevin McNamara.
The total space adds up to 10,412 square feet for both buildings, McNamara said.
Representing the seller was David Santistevan of Colliers International, while Byron B. Webb, Inc. represented the buyer.
