Sales are set to begin on Saturday, Feb. 12, at Scripps Ranch’s newest luxury neighborhood, The Warmington Collection at StoneBridge Estates by Warmington Homes California.

Warmington Homes California will begin sales from a trailer on site at 10 a.m. on Feb. 12, according to Liz Barela of The Corky McMillin Companies, partners in the development of the upscale, semirural StoneBridge Estates community in conjunction with Brookfield Homes.

A total of six homes will be released for sale in the first phase on opening day.

The new neighborhood will consist of 36 homes that will be modeled after Warmington’s highly successful Belsera neighborhood at Santaluz, where models are available to tour.

“Belsera at Santaluz has been a huge hit among North San Diego County home buyers and we are thrilled Warmington will be bringing these popular designs to StoneBridge Estates, where Scripps Ranch home shoppers are sure to fall in love with them,” added Barela. “The lot sizes and floor plans at StoneBridge Estates will be even larger and more impressive than Belsera, while incorporating all the top-notch features and amenities.”

The Warmington Collection at StoneBridge Estates is being designed by the award-winning Scheurer Architects of Newport Beach, and will feature Tuscan, rustic traditional and Spanish colonial architectural styles. The homes have been designed to reflect the authenticity and allure of early California estate homes. Details include stone and exposed brick accents, stucco detailing, rustic wood, classic shutters, craftsman ironwork, arched doorways and windows.

The dramatically styled homes will also feature clay “S” or flat tile roofs as well as charming courtyards, covered front porches, porte cocheres and loggias.

The Warmington Collection at StoneBridge Estates will provide three to six bedrooms, three-and-one-half to five-and-one-half baths, and three- to five-space garages in three distinct plans on lots averaging a sprawling 13,000 square feet. Expanded living areas and garages will be available on some homes, as well as an optional detached casita on 27 lots.

Residences will range from 3,900 to 5,100 square feet and are anticipated to be priced from $1.2 million.

Similar to their Belsera counterparts, The Warmington Collection at StoneBridge Estates homes will offer the finest in luxury outdoor living, creating a relaxed California lifestyle. Some of the elegant custom features available are fireplaces in various locations such as loggias, courtyards, living rooms and master bedrooms; stylized open-beam ceiling detail, wet bars with wine captains, French doors in select locations and a variety of alternate room configurations. Covered outdoor entertainment areas with wet bars will be featured, as well as a central courtyard in Plan Two homes.

To reach StoneBridge Estates from Interstate 15, take Pomerado Road east approximately three-and-one-half miles and turn right at the intersection of Spring Canyon Road and Pomerado Road. Turn right on StoneBridge Estates Parkway and follow signs to the sales offices. Call (858) 759-1392 for more information on The Warmington Collection at StoneBridge Estates. Warmington’s on-site trailer is set to open Jan. 29 at StoneBridge Estates.

To reach model homes for The Warmington Collection, now open at Santaluz’s Belsera, take State Route 56 to the Camino Del Sur exit. Head west on San Dieguito Road and follow the signs to the Belsera models.

StoneBridge Estates will eventually offer 16 miles of trails on its 2,658 acres, connecting to a county-wide trail system.

The community was recently awarded a Trail Greenway Award from the California State Parks Department for its environmentally conscious design that provides critical trail linkages and preserves open space. The community is within the Poway Unified School District.
