Firefighters collecting toys to brighten holidays

Rancho Santa Fe Fire Protection District firefighters, including from left, Engineer Ray Ligtenberg, Firefighter/Paramedic John Carey and Capt. Troy Elliott at Station No. 2 in 4S Ranch, are holding their annual toy drive to benefit the Toys for Tots program and local children. They are seeking donations of new, unwrapped toys, which can be left at any of the district’s four fire stations including Station No. 2, 16930 Four Gee Road in 4S Ranch.
