4S Ranch residents and those in adjacent communities have new medical options as of Thursday, Oct. 25.

The first offices in the 4S Health Center have opened, with doctors from Arch Health Partners starting to see patients today in the new, two-story, 40,000-square-foot facility. It is at 16918 Dove Canyon Road, at the northwest corner of Camino del Norte and Dove Canyon Road.

Arch Health Partners is affiliated with Palomar Health. In addition to the new 4S Ranch clinic, Arch Health has offices in the Pomerado Outpatient Pavilion in Poway, along with those in Escondido, Ramona and San Marcos. Together, its services include audiology, breast surgical services, cardiology, care management, dermatology, otolaryngology (ear, nose and throat), family practice, gastroenterology, hospitalists, internal medicine, laboratory, nutrition services, ophthalmology, orthopedics, pediatrics, physical therapy, radiology services, urgent care and weight loss.

At the 4S Ranch location, open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, there will be two family medicine physicians — Dr. Camille Santos and Dr. Nasrin Arbabi — and a pediatrician — Dr. Stuart Graham. They will be joined by a staff of medical assistants, X-ray technologists and a pediatric advice registered nurse.

On a rotating basis, other medical specialities available through Arch Health Partners will also be available in 4S Ranch. These include dermatologists and orthopedic surgeons. For details, go to www.ArchHealth.org or call 858-675-3100.

“We wanted to open an office here because it is a growing area with lots of families,” Graham said, who is chairman of the Arch Health Partners board of directors. “The people here told us they wanted to see family medicine and pediatric services.”

While Arch Health Partners will occupy a large portion of the 40,000-square-foot building, other medical and dental specialists are set to open their practices within the next month or so, said Chris Ross, vice president of healthcare real estate services at Colliers International, which built the facility.

Ross said in addition to an oncology practice and Dr. Robert Lasting offering OB/GYN services, the Children’s Primary Care Medical Group will also have suites in the 4S Health Center. The group includes two dentists — Dr. Douglas Lee and Dr. Susie Ro; two pediatric dentists — Dr. Femme Ambrosio and Dr. Chris Pham; and an orthodontist — Dr. John Jerome.

Colliers International is looking for a couple more tenants as well. Ross said the health center has two remaining suites available, ranging from around 1,000 to 3,500 square feet.
