Prudential’s Jim Peters has record-breaking year

Share

Jim Peters of Prudential California Realty Rancho Bernardo had another record-breaking year in 2012. A consistent top producer, Peters continues to impress his clients with unprecedented results in both reduced market time and higher closed prices!

“Jim has continued to excel on every level,” said Dean Stalter, manager of the Rancho Bernardo office. “His dedication and professionalism in offering premier customer service continues to pay off. Jim’s professional style and premier service have been an asset to his clients.”

Not all agents work both buyers and sellers effectively, but in 2012, approximately 50 percent of Peters’ volume was from listings and 50 percent with buyers.

“Our mix of business allows us to better understand the needs, wants and desires of both buyers and sellers. After all, how can we accurately help a seller unless we know what buyers are looking for? This strategy helps us eliminate buyer objections resulting in reduced market times and increased closed prices for our sellers,” Peters said.

“When we work with buyers, we don’t try and sell you a home, we try and find your dream home!” Peters said. “What you want as a buyer, is all that matters to our team! Our goal is simple, to secure you more money if you need to sell and to negotiate you the best price if you are buying.”

Peters’ success representing sellers has been most impressive. In the past three years, Peters’ listings have sold in record time! His average market time was less than 14 days! The average market time in these North County neighborhoods was 56 days, that’s four times faster than the average listing. In addition to less market time, Peters also helped secure these clients more than 8 to 15 percent higher price than the average price per square feet.

In 2012, Peters began to feel the positive changes for the future of San Diego real estate, and implemented a team plan for growth. Peters and Associates was formed and the following professionals have joined the Peters team. Dianne Miller, a 30-plus year executive assistant, is a licensed agent who is extremely versed on how to serve customers. Two other licensed agents have also recently joined Peters and Associates, Derek Harms and Stephanie Virden. Harms brings over six years experience working with investors as a buyer’s agent and is extremely conscientious and professional. Virden is a very talented buyer’s agent who has lived in the RB community her entire life and goes above and beyond for all of her clients.

Peters and Associates focus on a comprehensive marketing plan and aggressive negotiating to ensure our clients get the best possible results when buying or selling their home. Peters has over 25 years of senior-level sales and executive management experience that is paying big dividends for his clients. Peters also gives back to his communities through the support of many nonprofit organizations. He has been the chairperson for The Charitable Foundation, a Prudential California Realty agent-supported foundation, for over six years. This foundation has helped raise over $200,000 for local charities during this time. In addition, Peters gives graciously of his time to many youth groups, men’s ministry and community events.
