Cindy Ellison, a second-generation Realtor
Local agent Cindy Ellison of RE/MAX Ranch and Beach has been a licensed Realtor for the past 14 years. Prior to obtaining her real estate license, Ellison was a certified legal assistant working closely with attorneys specializing in real estate law. She spent 13 years expanding her knowledge of real estate contracts and landlord/tenant issues.
Ellison is a second-generation Realtor. The founders of Team Q of RE/MAX, Danny Quarisa and Marcie Quarisa, are her parents. The Quarisas founded Team Q over 30 years ago. With Ellison’s extensive real estate law background, they encouraged her to obtain her real estate license and she joined Team Q in 1998. She worked initially as a transaction coordinator and as she built her own reputation as an honest, conscientious and caring agent, her clientele also increased.
The Quarisas have since retired and Team Q is now led by Maria Peña-Morales. Team Q is one of the top producing teams of RE/MAX Ranch and Beach and continues to excel each and every year. Team Q supports Children’s Miracle Network and Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
Ellison takes pride in representing both buyers and sellers and her best compliment is that most of her business comes from past clients referring their friends, family and coworkers.
