SAN DIEGO (CNS) - A sandwich shop in Carmel Mountain Ranch was robbed at gunpoint Friday night, and San Diego police are seeking two men suspected of the crime.
The two suspects entered the Subway restaurant at 11040 Rancho Carmel Drive shortly after 8:30 p.m. Friday and one pulled a handgun and demanded money from an employee, San Diego police Officer David Stafford said.
The suspects then ran off with an undisclosed amount. No one was injured, Stafford said.
Police described the suspects as one white and one Asian man, and both wearing bandanas and hooded sweatshirts.
