The successful mother-daughter real estate team of Diane Orvis and Megan Orvis Morris have joined the growing Rancho Bernardo office of Windermere Homes & Estates.

With a combined 40-plus years in the industry, these two prominent women have left quite the footprint in the San Diego real estate community.

In addition to selling homes, Morris plays another large part in the community by giving back to Poway schools with every closing involving a school family or one of its referrals. “Our schools have continued to make our community a place people want to live and we need to do our part to help keep our schools competitive,” said Morris, who also serves as president of the nonprofit Westwood Elementary Foundation.

With a degree in business management, a great deal of customer service experience, and technical computer knowledge, Morris has helped herself and Orvis stay on the cutting edge of technology with their real estate business. Orvis is also knowledgeable about residential income properties and experienced in 1031 tax deferred exchanges. She also holds the designation of Certified Residential Specialist, a contribution adding finely to her and Morris’ success.
