Prep Boys Water Polo: Wolverines top Titans in pool

The Poway High boys water polo team fell to Westview 11-5 Thursday in a Palomar League match.

Jonah Gonzalez, Owen Sedej, Ben Kingston, Zach Rath and Spencer Harrington all scored goals for the Titans (12-4). Westview moved to 15-4 with the win and is eyeing a spot in the Open Division playoffs.

Poway goalkeeper Brian Gminski and Kingston each had three steals. Gminksi had eight saves in the cage.
