Missing Poway High graduate found

Tori Long, a 2011 Poway High graduate who had been missing since Friday night, was found Tuesday morning and is doing OK.

Long, 22, phoned her sister, Allie Long, from a hospital in Utah Tuesday around 9:30 a.m., according to her brother Charlie Long.

“I talked to Allie and she said Tori seems to be doing alright,” said Charlie, who did not discuss the reason for Tori being at the hospital.

Tori went missing on Friday. She had last been seen around 11 p.m. near her apartment in University Heights off Campus Drive. She had left all her belongings, including credit cards and her cell phone. She also wrote a note to the family.

Charlie used his Twitter account to thank everyone for their support.

“Tori has been found,” he tweeted. “Thank you and God bless you all for the support and prayers you have given me and my family.”
