More businesses have signed leases for the Del Sur Town Center, a shopping mall just west of 4S Ranch anchored by Target.

Accessible from Rancho Bernardo and 4S Ranch by traveling along Camino del Sur, the Shea Properties center — when filled — will be a mix of restaurants and specialty shops, along with some well-known national chains.

Last week, center officials announced additional retailers coming to the center. They include the fitness franchise Orangetheory Fitness, which offers group personal training workouts broken into intervals of cardiovascular and strength training; Just Run, a specialty boutique that caters to all levels of walkers and runners; and the eco-friendly dry-cleaning company Ogden’s Cleaners.

The center already has a Target store, the upscale nail salon CürBar, The Bike Shop (it offers bicycle sales, service and repairs), Del Sur Ranch Dental and the recently-opened Sprouts Farmers Market.

“We really wanted to establish Del Sur Town Center as a one-stop shopping, dining and gathering place for the community,” said Kiril McKee, senior vice president of retail leasing at Shea Properties. “From a healthy grocery store to a popular fitness franchise, we’ve listened to the requests of the community and brought in a mix of tenants that offer something for everyone.”

Recently center officials announced four additional restaurants that will be joining the recently opened Burger Lounge, which serves American fast-casual, grass-fed burgers, and Starbucks; along with already announced Chick-fil-A (known for its chicken sandwiches), Choice Juicery (an organic, plant-based super food and juice bar) and Frost, a Gelato Shoppe (featuring authentic Italian gelatos and sorbets).

The most recent restaurants to join the center are:

• Board & Brew, which serves specialty sandwiches and craft beers in a relaxed beach-inspired atmosphere. It also has a Del Mar location, open since 1979.

• Piacere Mio, which serves authentic Italian food and has a homemade pasta focus. The Del Sur location will also offer made-from-scratch pizzas in addition to customers building their custom plate of pasta.

• Sababa Kitchen, which offers healthy Mediterranean foods with a modified fast-casual concept and use of locally-sourced organic ingredients.

• Waypoint Public, which focuses on California culture, cuisine and beer. Officials said it offers “an eclectic, seasonal menu and an expansive beer program with more than 100 craft brews to chose from.” The Del Sur location will also have a full bar for those who want cocktails and mixed drinks. This will be the company’s second location. Its first is a popular neighborhood bistro and beer bar in North Park.

Spokeswoman Chelsea Thompson said Burger Lounge and Starbucks already opened, while Choice Juicery is set to welcome patrons in October. The rest will open next year.

“We couldn’t be more excited to expand our restaurant offerings at Del Sur Town Center,” McKee said. “From fast-casual to neighborhood gastropub, the restaurant choices will offer something for everyone.”

According to the center’s plans, only five of the center’s 22 spaces have not been leased yet. Those remaining vary in size from 862 square feet to 2,605 square feet.
