Deadline nears for RB Alive! booth reservations

Those interested in having a standard, arts and crafts or food booth at the upcoming RB Alive! Expo have until May 13 to reserve their space.

The 28th annual street fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, June 5 along Bernardo Center Drive. There is typically a couple stages featuring free entertainment, a kids zone, cultural area and food court. Brianna Eltzroth, North San Diego Business Chamber’s vice president of operations, said she anticipates around 300 booths will be reserved and the street fair will draw around 35,000 attendees.

A standard 10-foot by 10-foot booth space is $150 for NSDBC members and $350 for non-members. It includes one 8-foot table and two chairs. Non-profit organizations may request a $40 discount. An arts and crafts booth is $150. It is a 10-foot by 10-foot space and the applicant must have a seller’s permit. All items for sale must be handmade by the person selling them.

There are three food booth options. A non-food court 10 foot square space is $150 for chamber members and $350 for non-members. A food court 10-foot by 15-foot space is $175 for members and $375 for non-members, while those bringing a food truck will be charged $200 if a chamber member and $400 if a non-member.
