Share

Poway Unified School District’s After School Education and Safety (ASES) program held its seventh annual Duct Tape Fashion Show on April 3 at Valley Elementary School. The ASES programs from five middle schools and Valley modeled fashion made entirely out of duct tape, based on the theme “Countries Around the World.” Students spent an average of six to eight weeks making the clothing and writing the scripts. The show was judged by Daymon Beach, senior manager of the San Diego County Office of Education; Beth Galloway, president of the Kiwanis Club of Poway; and Jake Schwartz, student board member of the PUSD Board of Education.
